Many have asked how I can grocery shop for a month at a time. I created a standard grocery list that I use to look through my cupboards before my trip. Here is how I keep organized. I shop at Walmart, Aldi's and Owen because that is what is local. However, I do stock up on items when a sale occurs at Walgreens or CVS. For the items that I have found to be on sale a lot and I'm stocked up I went ahead and took off my grocery list such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, etc. Hopefully this helps grocery shopping and planning a little easier for you!
